It appears this ban happened quite awhile ago so I don't have the specifics other than the reason you stated. It appears you used some form of hate speech for which we have a zero tolerance policy. Hate speech is speech that attacks a person or group on the basis of e.g. race, religion, gender, disability, or sexual orientation.
For some reason I don't have all of your chat logs so I can't say what you specifically said. I can say that you were complaining about hackers...a lot. We've found that hackusations are typically a lot more disruptive to a game than an actual cheater. Rest assured, we have a lot of tools built around catching hackers. 99% of the time, hackusations are unfounded.
