Google Drive is not an image hosting site. imagur is great for this, you don't even need an account!

In your case Cannon, you need to find a url for that picture that ends in an image file extension, if you want to embed it on the forums. Otherwise, just a link will work since you've made the picture shared with anyone who has said link.
